Regular Coaching Engagements

Pricing:

$375 for each 60-minute Coaching Appointment
$285 for each 45-minute Coaching Appointment

Coaching Package Engagements (Contact Consultant to schedule)

Pricing:

$350 per session for each of four 60-minute Coaching/Onboarding (First 90 Days), Career Coaching, or Job Search Coaching Sessions. Total Package is $1,400.

Payment is due at the time of booking by check.

Regular Coaching engagements may be terminated by either party at any time up to the start of the session. Coaching Package engagements may be terminated by either party at any time up to the start of the first session in the Coaching Package. Payment for service performed by the Consultant/Coach (Raleigh Ormerod) is due irregardless. If you decide after 2 sessions of a Coaching Package that you don’t want to continue, then a portion of the remainder of the Coaching Packing may be refunded.

Materials and content used in this consulting engagement is intended solely for the use by the Client.  During and after the term of engagement with the Client, Raleigh Ormerod (Consultant/Coach) or Covalent Charisma Coaching, LLC (Consultant), the Consultant shall hold, and shall use its reasonable best efforts to hold, in confidence any and all information, whether written or oral, the Client, except to the extent that the Consultant can show that such information:

(a)   is generally available to and known by the public through no fault of the Consultant;

(b)   or is lawfully acquired by the Consultant from and after the Term from sources which are not prohibited from disclosing such information by a legal, contractual, or fiduciary obligation.

If the Consultant is compelled to disclose any information by governmental order or applicable law, the Consultant shall promptly notify the Client in writing.

The Client is expected to apply the methods, materials, and resources shared during the Engagement solely for the Client’s personal and business growth. Therefore, the Consultant grants to the Client the non-exclusive use of the Consultant’s business process, consulting, coaching, and advising methods for the term of the Engagement to be practiced under the direction of the Consultant. The Client will not infringe upon the intellectual property, business processes, and consulting methods of the Consultant. The Client will not attempt to commercialize or monetize the coaching, consulting, advising, or business process methods of the Consultant without the expressed written consent of the Consultant.
